Image and media use.

What you may do with our screenshots, brand marks, and article artwork — and who to ask when you need more than the standard grant.

Who owns these images

Every product screenshot, brand mark, diagram, and article illustration published on OctaMem.com is owned by OctaMem, Inc. and protected by copyright. Publishing them does not place them in the public domain.

Editorial use is granted

Journalists, analysts, and researchers may reproduce our screenshots and brand marks in news articles, reviews, reports, and academic work without asking us first, provided the image is unmodified, credited to OctaMem, and used to report on or discuss OctaMem. No fee, no form.

What is not permitted

Do not alter, recolour, crop, or composite the images; do not use them to imply a partnership, endorsement, or certification that does not exist; do not resell them or include them in stock libraries, template marketplaces, or training datasets offered for sale. Brand marks may not be used as, or as part of, another organisation’s logo.

Anything else needs permission

Commercial use outside the editorial grant above — advertising, packaging, event material, or resale in any form — requires written permission. Ask at /contact or [email protected]. We answer press requests quickly and say yes to most of them.

Customer and third-party material

Some screenshots show sample data created for illustration; it is not customer data. Third-party names and logos that appear in integration artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are shown under their own brand guidelines, not licensed by us.
