Octamem provides a persistent memory layer for AI workflows, including memory storage, retrieval, cross-model context reconstruction, and a model routing interface. Features vary by subscription tier.

User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you store in Octamem. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your memory content. Our platform, branding, and proprietary technology remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

Octamem is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
